1. Hentai, pornography and/or other images that are offensive or alarming to minors is prohibited.

2. Do not use blood or depections of extreme violence in your artwork, especially after it's aftermath.

3. Do not use offensive language, racial slurs, impersonate and/or insult anyone. This includes what you post in your picture and/or making comments about it. Especially at another person's artwork or at a individual.

4. No scrolling (flooding) or shouting (typing in all caps) when making comments at your artwork or at another person's artwork or another individual. Rest assured that the character limit does not include URL links. If you want to say things like "cute" or "cool", please keep it within the 32 character limit or the comment will be deleted and you'll have to repost the comment that will stay within the limits.

5. Your comments are limited to 4,096 characters. If you try to post more than the limit, it will be rejected.

6. If you are under the age of 13, for safety and COPPA reasons, I recommend that you do NOT post your e-mail address or other identify information pertaining to you.

7. Unlike the PaintBBS applet, the picture output is selective (128 x 128 to 768 x 768) when drawing in normal or on animated OekakiBBS applet.

8. If you are not familiar with the OekakiBBS applet, you can always upload your pictures. Your uploaded picture must be between 32 x 32 and 999 x 999 and it must be no more than 300 KB in size.

9. Unless you're testing something out, asking questions, making announcements, doing contests or requests, any blank pictures found, blank pictures with text only, or pictures that took under five minutes will be subject to deletion. If you're new to this paintboard, it's okay to draw a couple pictures that took slightly less than five minutes, but any picture that took under three minutes or less than 10 steps will NOT be posted (a data transfer error occurs when this happens). You expected to put some effort into your drawings. If you want to spam, you can use the practice board.

10. The APW OekakiBBS is UTF-8 encoded. This gives you the ability to comment in any language. If you cannot speak English, please either make comments in the original language the artist is typing or don't make comments at all.
